4.11. Purge Candidates Tab
The Purge Candidates tab displays the clips that have been automatically requested to be
purged. See section "Configuration Tab" on page 80.
The Purge Candidates tab consists of two main areas highlighted on the screenshot
below.
(1) Purge Candidates Grid
This grid displays the clips that qualify to be purged according to the criteria set in the
Configuration tab. By consequence, this grid is filled up automatically. The request to
purge the clips has been performed automatically. The following additional clip information
is displayed:
• Size: Size of the high-resolution file.
• TC In: Start timecode of the clip.
• TC Out: End timecode of the clip.
• Duration: Duration of the clip without guardbands. If you hover your cursor over the
cell, the duration with guardbands will be displayed.
• Date Requested: Date and time when the clip was requested to be purged.
• Tape: ID of the LTO tape on which the clip has been archived.
• Status: Current purge status of the clip.
