2.2.5 KEYWORDS DISPLAY OPTIONS

You can change the way the list displays the keywords. The following options are

available:

• All Database Keywords (Alphabetic Order)

• All Database Keywords (Insertion Order)

• Participant Keywords (Alphabetic Order)

• Participant Keywords (Insertion Order)

• KG: Keyword Grid Name

Displays only keywords and participant keywords from a specific Keyword Grid.

• KD: Dictionary Name

Displays only keywords and participant keywords from a specific Dictionary.

2.2.6 HOW TO ADD KEYWORDS

To insert a keyword in the Keyword List, proceed as follows:

1. Open the Keyword List tool.

2. Type the keyword in the Keyword field.

3. If you want to define the keyword as a participant keyword, select the

Participant check box.

4. Click the Add button or press ENTER on the keyboard.

The keyword will be added to the complete keyword list and could later be used in

a keyword grid or a dictionary.
