4.5.5 CLIP PLAYER VIEW IN THE WORKSPACE AREA

PURPOSE

You will work in this view to perform the following actions:

• Playing the source clips displayed in the thumbnail view or corresponding to a

storyboard element.

• Preparing sub-clips to be added to the storyboard.

OVERVIEW

The Clip Player view mainly consists of a media player and associated commands,

and is similar to the players used in the Xedio suite:

The following table provides a short description of the various areas highlighted in

the Clip Player view. You will find more detailed information on the Clip Player in

the section 4.8 ‘Clip Player and Storyboard Player’, on page 44:
