6.6.8 HOW TO DELETE UNUSED PLAY-LISTS
From the Play-List Editor, you have the possibility to delete all unused play-lists
or a selection of unused play-lists on the XNet network.
To delete unused play-lists, proceed as follows:
1. Load a play-list in the On-Air area of the Play-List Editor.
2. In the On-Air area, right-click the Play-List Name field.
A contextual menu opens.
3. Select Delete All Unused Play-Lists from the contextual menu.
The Delete All Unused Play-Lists window opens:
4. Select the reference date from which you want the unused play-lists to be
searched for.
All play-lists on the XNet network which have not been used after the
specified date will be displayed in the window.
5. Do one of the following:
• If you want to delete all play-lists, click the Delete All Lists button.
• If you want to delete some of the retrieved play-lists, select them with
CTRL(+SHIFT) and click the Delete Selected button.
• If you no longer want to delete unused play-lists, click the Cancel button
6. The following message asks the user to confirm the deletion operation:
7. Click OK. The play-lists are deleted from the XNet network.
